Ageing is a long process. Our red wines spend an average of fifteen months in oak barrels before bottling, hence the importance of choosing a good barrel.

Leaf stripping consists of removing the basal leaves that are close to the vine and the grape, in an attempt to make the bunches smaller and looser.

We want to produce balanced, long-lived wines working in the 'château' style, creating a single great wine that reflects the complexity of this unique terroir. This is our method.
