<\/div>\n <\/div>\n \t\t\t<\/div>[vc_column_text]A blanket of snow cloaked the countryside for several weeks in January.<\/p>\n

There was a 20% increase in precipitation this year and although the annual rainfall varies from year to year, such an increase was exceptional. Rainfall distribution throughout the year varies as well, and the wet months were January, June, November, and December.<\/p>\n

The seasons were well defined with heat in May, a very summery July, and rain at the end of the August which enabled healthy ripening through nutrition. The June rains, which occurred while the vine was in bloom, led to a certain coulure. The grapes, however, were well-ventilated and with an ideal load, signs of high quality.<\/p>\n

Racking in stainless tanks at cold temperature for cleaning; French oak and acacia barrels, and egg granite tank for fermentation. Manual lees stirring for 4 months before bottling.<\/p>\n

<\/div>\n <\/div>\n \t\t\t<\/div>[vc_column_text]Without moving the glass, subtle aromas of pastry, vanilla and lemon zest are discernible.<\/p>\n

On swirling the glass there are hints of white cranberry, lychee, dried hay, curry and a background of elegant toast intermixed with mineral touches.<\/p>\n

On the palate, citrus and yellow stone fruit flavours such as peach or paraguaya, intermingled with a hint of vanilla toffee and graphite.
